Terms and conditions of subscription

Purpose

These terms govern access to the Parcoura software, provided online by Web Loupe SARL, Douala ("Parcoura") to the subscribing company ("the Client").

Account and trial

The free trial lasts 14 days, with all modules, with no payment method. If no plan is chosen at the end of the trial, the account becomes read-only.

Plans and prices

The Essentiel, Pro and Réseau plans and their prices are shown on the Pricing page. Prices are expressed in FCFA, or in the currency of the Client's country according to the published price list, currently without VAT. Any increase is announced at least 30 days in advance.

Billing and payment

The subscription is billed in advance, on the anniversary date, every month or every year. An issued invoice is never modified: any correction is made by credit note. An upgrade is billed pro rata; a downgrade applies at the next renewal.

Late payment

• Reminders before and after the due date.
• After 14 days overdue: read-only. The Client can view and export their data, their students keep their space.
• After 60 days: termination, after a final notice.
• Automatic reactivation upon payment.

Client data

The data entered belongs to the Client. Parcoura processes it as a processor, solely to provide the service. The Parcoura team only accesses it with the Client's consent, for a limited time, and every access is logged. See the privacy policy.

Availability

Parcoura aims for an availability of [To be completed: rate]. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance in the application.

Termination and export

The Client may cancel at any time from their account, effective at the end of the paid period. They can export their data. It is deleted 90 days after the end of the subscription.

Changes to the terms

Any new version is announced 30 days in advance and accepted by the Client's management at their next login.
