What data Parcoura processes, why, and for how long.
Two roles
Controller for the data of client companies and site visitors: directors, users, billing.
Processor for the data that centers enter about their students, parents and visa clients. The center remains responsible for this data.
Data collected
- Site visitors: trial and demo forms (name, company, WhatsApp, e-mail).
- Users: identity, logins, device, actions (audit log).
- Billing: plan, invoices, payments. We never store the Mobile Money PIN or the full card number.
Purposes
Providing the service, billing, ensuring security (two-factor authentication, login log), answering support requests, announcing maintenance.
Retention periods
- A Client's data: during the subscription, then 90 days.
- Students' identity documents: erased 2 years after the file is closed.
- Invoices: 10 years.
Hosting and security
ALL-INKL.COM servers in Germany; encrypted database backups kept for 30 days. Encrypted access, two-factor authentication mandatory for management and finance, role-based permissions.
Your rights
Access, rectification, deletion, objection. Students and parents exercise their rights with their center, which can do so directly from Parcoura. Contact: [To be completed: address of the data officer].
